Our Asset Management Services

Customisable inspection forms – Using the industry leading maintenance specification SFG20 as a baseline, we create bespoke forms that provide the flexibility to capture any information about assets in a number of formats.

Automated maintenance schedules – Depending on the category of and government guidelines for a specific asset, we can effectively schedule all maintenance visits at their required frequency for any length of time. We can integrate existing maintenance programmes into our system or create new ones.

Full asset history – All relevant information is stored in a variety of formats within an asset’s unique page. Following each maintenance visit, we effectively create a snapshot in time of the asset, allowing you to monitor its condition over time.

Quick access to info from site – We have developed a labelling system which uses uniquely generated QR codes to tag each individual asset. This enables authorised users to scan these with their mobile device whilst on site and be presented with the full history of that asset and all compliance documentation (beneficial for internal and external audits).

Life cycle budgeting – Our system can provide you with insights for maintenance costs and reactive repair costs throughout the asset lifecycle. This data can be used to inform decision-making for full/partial asset replacement when reactive maintenance costs incurred are a lot higher than usual.
