Welcome to Adman Int Ltd — a Glasgow-based specialist in passive fire protection, founded in 2019 with a clear purpose: to deliver compliant fire safety solutions with a practical, people-first approach.

Meet The Team
Adam founded Adman Int with a clear vision: to raise the standard in passive fire protection through structured delivery and long-term client relationships. He oversees strategic direction, commercial performance and growth, ensuring the company operates with integrity, control and clear purpose.
Sev oversees project delivery, compliance and client coordination across major programmes. With a strong focus on quality assurance and regulatory standards, he ensures works are planned, documented and delivered with precision.
David oversees the financial management of the company, ensuring clear reporting, cost control and commercial stability. His oversight supports sustainable growth and disciplined financial planning.
David leads the operational delivery of projects across Scotland, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. With extensive site experience, he coordinates teams, programmes and quality assurance from mobilisation through to completion.
Graeme leads Adman’s joinery operations, specialising in fire door installation and remedial works. With hands-on expertise and strong site leadership, he ensures workmanship and finishing standards remain consistently high.
Tracey brings extensive HR and organisational experience to Adman Int, supporting recruitment, workforce development and internal governance. She plays a key role in attracting and retaining talent while strengthening our relationships with external partners, including Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce and other industry stakeholders.
Kirsty manages the day-to-day administration and coordination of the business, keeping projects, compliance documentation and client communications running smoothly. She plays a key role in maintaining structure and organisation behind the scenes.
Ivo supports project compliance, tenders, documentation and quality systems across the business. His structured approach ensures that health & safety, certification and reporting processes remain robust and audit-ready.
