Firestopping
Services
We deliver certified firestopping works to maintain the integrity of fire compartments and limit the spread of fire and smoke. Our services include penetration sealing, linear joint sealing and cavity barriers, installed by trained in-house operatives in accordance with tested systems and Scottish fire regulations.
Compartmentation Surveys
Our compartmentation surveys assess the integrity of fire-resisting walls, floors, doors and voids to identify breaches, defects and compliance gaps. Surveys are carried out by competent personnel and supported by clear reporting and photographic evidence to inform remedial strategies and ongoing asset management.
Fire Door
Surveys
We undertake detailed fire door surveys to assess condition, performance and compliance against current standards. Surveys are delivered by trained and qualified surveyors, with findings clearly recorded to support prioritisation, costed remediation planning and regulatory assurance.

Installation & Remediation
Our fire door installation and remediation services ensure doorsets perform as intended in the event of a fire. Works include new installations, upgrades and repairs, all carried out by BM Trada accredited operatives with full quality control and certification provided on completion.
Specialist & Bespoke
Joinery
Our in-house joinery team delivers specialist and bespoke joinery works across residential, commercial and public sector buildings. This includes bespoke service enclosures, boxing-in, internal alterations, repairs and custom-built solutions, all completed to a high standard and coordinated carefully within live and occupied environments.
Structural Steel
Fire Protection
We provide fire protection to structural steel elements to help maintain stability and load-bearing capacity during a fire. Works are delivered using approved systems and manufacturer guidance, supporting compliance with fire strategy requirements across a range of building types.
