Overview
Adman Int was appointed by Caledonia Contracts to deliver a programme of fire door installations at the Old Course Hotel, St Andrews. The works formed part of a wider refurbishment and compliance programme within a luxury hospitality environment, requiring a controlled and quality-led approach throughout.
The project involved the installation of 69 new certified fire doorsets within a live hotel setting, with works carefully coordinated to maintain guest experience, operational continuity and high standards of finish.
Scope of Works
The scope comprised the supply and installation of new fire doorsets across designated areas of the hotel.
